Tri Delta is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused leader to drive the growth and impact of its housing program while advancing the organization's mission to support a thriving collegiate experience. This role is remote-eligible; candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Status: Full-Time, Salaried – Exempt
Location: Remote eligible
Travel: Up to 20%
Supervised by: Vice President of Housing
Supervises: Housing Support Manager, Volunteers & Housing Support Manager, Resources
Driving: Occasional

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Housing Support Team, including the Housing Support Manager, Volunteers and the Housing Support Manager, Resources.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with housing volunteers, collegiate chapters, and other stakeholders to position Tri Delta Housing as a trusted partner.
  • Provide timely communication to housing volunteers in collaboration with the Housing Support Manager, Volunteers.
  • Direct resource development for collegiate chapters and local house corporations.
  • Identify opportunities to support and improve the collegiate experience and long-term chapter health.
  • Lead and develop housing recommendations for new and returning chapter opportunities (extension) requiring property procurement.
  • Identify and minimize operational risks for Local House Corporations and Tri Delta Housing in alignment with the Strategic Plan.
  • Develop and lead project management to grow Tri Delta Housing and identify new business opportunities.
  • Refine Tri Delta Housing’s messaging and pitch to align with the organization’s strategic plan and promote joining opportunities.
  • Educate stakeholders about Tri Delta Housing advantages through informational sessions and in-person visits.
  • Synthesize information and prepare reports to support growth decision-making.
  • Refine and develop processes for local house corporations to join Tri Delta Housing with support from outside general counsel.
  • Lead and execute transition activities for locations joining Tri Delta Housing, collaborating with Executive Office team members and outside experts.
  • Track and report on transition progress and provide regular status updates for leadership.
  • Visit properties as requested to assist with transitions.
  • Capture and share stories showcasing the benefits and service offerings of Tri Delta Housing.
  • Create and execute Tri Delta Housing’s presence at enterprise events to position it as a distinct housing solution.
  • Develop and conceptualize Tri Delta Housing’s marketing and online presence, serving as project owner with the Brand Advancement Team.
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteer teams to promote the value of the housing experience as part of Tri Delta membership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in areas such as:
    • Sales or marketing
    • Business operations
    • Property transfers (deeds, title exams, etc.)
    • Supervision and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet shifting priorities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations.
  • Tri Delta alumna or similar Greek-life housing experience.
