About the role

As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the resort's facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of all areas under your responsibility.
  • Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and assist with requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
