About the role
As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the resort's facilities.Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of all areas under your responsibility.
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order.
- Respond to guest inquiries and assist with requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
