Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT resource for ALIYA Healthcare's corporate office and skilled nursing facilities.
- Manage the relationship with the organization's outsourced IT vendor, ensuring timely issue resolution and project completion.
- Cook up the setup, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other technology equipment.
- Configure technology for new hires, including computers, phones, user accounts, email access, and system permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues while escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Manage user access, system security, passwords, and account provisioning across multiple platforms.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee IT asset inventory, equipment lifecycle, and technology purchasing.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support technology implementations, upgrades, and system integrations across the organization.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain organizational dashboards and operational reports.
- Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and workforce data to support leadership decision-making.
- Create automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into organizational performance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify reporting needs and business intelligence opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Clinical, Finance, HR, and Revenue Cycle teams on technology and reporting initiatives.
- Serve as the liaison between ALIYA Healthcare, software vendors, and third-party technology partners.
- Provide technology training and support to corporate and facility staff.
- Stay current on healthcare technology trends, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-site organization.
- Experience managing third-party IT vendors and technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Active Directory/Azure AD, networking, and endpoint management.
- Experience configuring laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and business applications.
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
