Director of Health Services/Registered Nurse

About the role

The Springs at Greer Gardens is a vibrant senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Assisted Living residents, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in partnership with DHS, the Administrator, and Resident Services Coordinators
• Lead, motivate, and support caregivers and medication technicians to provide exceptional resident care
• Monitor consulting pharmacy reports and conduct routine MAR reviews
• Review and follow up on resident incident reports
• Complete nursing assessments and assist with development and updates to resident service plans
• Collaborate with families and outside providers to support residents’ health and well-being
• Promote a positive, respectful, and person-centered care environment

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN License
• Senior housing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong computer skills including EMAR, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Leadership or employee management experience preferred
