The Dover Public Schools located in Morris County, New Jersey, a PK-12 grade school district serving approximately 3,600 students, is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual for the full-time position of Director of Health, Physical Education & Athletics K-12. This is a 12-month position. ANTICIPATED DIRECTOR OF HEALTH, PHYSICAL EDUCATION & ATHLETICS K-12 DISTRICT 2026-2027 Qualifications Must possess a NJ Principal certification Supervisor Certification- Preferred Experience with varsity athletics, including HS coaching experience Previous Successful Leadership Experience Preferred Must possess an understanding of NJSIAA Rules and Regulations Possess highly effective organizational, problem solving, decision-making & communication skills Possess a strong ability to lead in a collaborative team environment Anticipated Start Date January 4, 2027 Compensation $125,163 - 165,663 Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for medical and dental benefits.
