Director of Graduate Teacher Education - Oklahoma Baptist University
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. No filler like "commensurate with experience". We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: mission statement? Might be considered part of About the role? The mission statement and expectations might be considered boilerplate? But they are part of the posting describing expectations for all employees. Might be considered relevant to role? Probably we can include under "About the role" a paragraph summarizing mission and expectations? However we must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That means we cannot paraphrase or condense? We need to keep the info but can we rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? Usually they want to keep the content but not add or remove. Summarizing away detail would be removing details. So we need to keep the details, maybe as bullet points. We can keep the mission statement as a paragraph under About the role. Expectations list can be a

We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". No pay info, so omit Pay section. Benefits we have details.
