About the role
Drive congressional advocacy on issues that shape the future of healthcare. Represent Epic before federal policy makers and serve as a key voice on legislative issues affecting healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop government relations strategies that advance pro-innovation policies that put the patient at the heart of healthcare and help providers succeed in an evolving regulatory environment.
- Primary focus on federal affairs, building and sustaining relationships across the House and Senate.
- Partner with government affairs teams at health systems, hospital associations, and other key healthcare stakeholders to drive aligned, high-impact initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% of working days.
- Work authorization: Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Location: Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
