Director of Government Affairs
About the role
Drive congressional advocacy on issues that shape the future of healthcare. Represent Epic before federal policy makers and serve as a key voice on legislative issues affecting healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop government relations strategies that advance pro-innovation policies that put the patient at the heart of healthcare and help providers succeed in an evolving regulatory environment.
- Build and sustain relationships across the House and Senate while partnering with government affairs teams at health systems, hospital associations, and other key healthcare stakeholders to drive aligned, high-impact initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher (any major)
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of working days
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
