Director of Global Tax

Key Responsibilities

Lead global tax strategy and planning initiatives
Oversee corporate income tax, international tax, transfer pricing, and compliance
Partner with external tax advisors and internal leadership teams
Support M&A, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
Proven leadership experience managing and developing staff
Strong background in: Corporate income tax, International tax, Transfer pricing, Tax planning and strategy
Multi-entity organizations
Experience managing relationships with external tax advisors and consultants
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Experience with multinational or private equity backed companies is a plus
