Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate all food & beverage operations across restaurants, lounges, bars, room service, banquets, catering, and special events while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.
  • Inspire, develop, and mentor a large F&B leadership team and associates while creating a culture centered around accountability, innovation, collaboration, and “Hospitality with Heart & Soul.”
  • Drive creative programming, outlet concepts, promotions, and revenue strategies that enhance the hotel’s competitive position and guest engagement.
  • Partner closely with Executive Culinary leadership, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to maximize group, banquet, catering, and transient business opportunities.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, liquor controls, and operational standards while maintaining exceptional quality, sanitation, and brand compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing complex hotel or resort food & beverage operations with multiple outlets and high-volume banquet/catering business.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving profitability, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team engagement simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead large teams through coaching, communication, accountability, and culture-focused leadership.
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and innovative dining concepts that keep operations fresh, competitive, and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Marriott, luxury, resort, or convention hotel experience is highly valued.
