The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. This includes managing staff, developing menus, and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services
• Develop and implement new menu items
• Manage staff schedules and training
• Coordinate with suppliers for ingredients and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
• Strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
