The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. This includes managing staff, developing menus, and coordinating with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services
- Develop and implement new menu items
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Coordinate with suppliers for ingredients and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
- Strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
