Qualifications

- Experience in public or nonprofit finance, preferably within education or government-funded organizations.
- Knowledge of grant management, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including boards, agencies, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly beneficial.
