We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Job summary (maybe About the role), Responsibilities (Finance and Administration), Qualifications (Job Qualifications), Compensation & Benefits (Salary Range, benefits). Also schedule: Hybrid Schedule mentioned (THIS ROLE REQUIRES 2 IN-OFFICE DAYS AT OUR NEW YORK OFFICE). So we have Pay (Salary Range), Benefits (list), Schedule (Hybrid). Also maybe Skills? The qualifications include skills like communication, GAAP, Sage Intacct etc. Could treat as Skills section. But we must not create thin sections. Let's decide sections: - About the role (Job Summary) - Responsibilities - Qualifications (maybe combine Job Qualifications and Skills? But we can separate Qualifications and Skills if we have content. Qualifications: minimum experience, education, CPA/MBA preferred. Skills: communication, GAAP, Sage Intacct, etc. Could combine but better to separate if we have enough content. - Benefits - Pay - Schedule We must not repeat job title as heading. Also we should not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate like mission, vision, values? Those are part of About the role? The posting includes mission/vision/values before job summary. Should we include them? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The mission/vision/values are substantive but not part of job description? They are about organization. Could be included in About the role section. However the instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put mission/vision/values under About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's extract content. About the role: includes mission, vision, values, description of organization, job summary. We'll combine mission/vision/values and job summary into prose. Responsibilities: list of finance and administration duties. We'll create
    • for each bullet. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in non-profit finance, accounting with 501(c)3 organizations; Minimum of a BA; CPA and/or MBA preferred; etc. We'll list as
      • . Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail; ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment; Strong knowledge of GAAP as applied to nonprofit accounting and extensive accounting experience, including month-end and year-end close, cost allocation procedures, and payroll; Strong facility with Sage Intacct, bill.com, Tallie, and Excel; Experience with City Contracts; Ability to multi-task and assess priorities, with a keen sense of organization and time management; Ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to different audiences; Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management, board or other outside partners; Committed to advancing BBBS mission and work. We could combine some overlapping but okay. Benefits: Dental, Health, Vision Insurance; 403b Retirement Plan; Hybrid Work Schedule/Flexible Work Arrangements; 14 Federal Holidays + Winter Office Closure; Generous Vacation & Sick Time. Pay: Salary Range: $85k-95k. Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (THIS ROLE REQUIRES 2 IN-OFFICE DAYS AT OUR NEW YORK OFFICE). Also maybe mention hybrid work schedule already in benefits but schedule section specifics. We should not duplicate content: Hybrid Work Schedule appears both in Benefits and Schedule. But we can keep schedule section with specific requirement: 2 in-office days at NY office. Benefits can list Hybrid Work Schedule/Flexible Work Arrangements as a benefit. Now produce HTML. Structure:

Skills list: we could extract the communication, GAAP, Sage Intacct etc. But many already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we combine qualifications and skills into one section?
