About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Facilities & Real Estate Strategy to own the corporate real estate portfolio, facilities operations, and capital construction. You will shape the footprint strategy, deliver build-outs and expansions on time and on budget, and optimize occupancy cost and workplace experience across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Strategy: Own corporate real estate strategy — footprint planning, site selection, and lease-vs.-buy decisions.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services across the portfolio.
  • Capital Projects: Lead build-outs, expansions, and capital construction projects on time and on budget.
  • Cost Optimization: Manage occupancy costs, lease negotiations, and space utilization.
  • Workplace Experience: Shape workplace and safety standards that support the workforce.
  • Vendor Management: Manage brokers, contractors, and facilities service providers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in corporate real estate / facilities, including portfolio and project leadership.
  • Expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, and portfolio strategy.
  • Track record delivering capital construction projects.
  • Strong command of occupancy economics and capital budgeting.
  • Experience managing brokers, general contractors, and service providers.
  • Ability to lead multi-site facilities teams.
  • Bachelor's in real estate, business, engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with manufacturing / industrial facilities.
  • Multi-region portfolio experience.
  • LEED or sustainability credentials.
  • Experience scaling footprint during rapid expansion.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $255,000 to $325,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
