We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, compensation. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We have: - About the role: The initial paragraph about company and role? Could be "About the role" includes description of role and company. We'll include a paragraph. - Responsibilities: The "You Will Regularly" list and "What You’ll Do" list. Combine into responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What You Bring" list includes experience, skills. Could be Requirements. Also "Strongly Preferred" could be Qualifications or Skills. We'll treat "What You Bring" as Requirements, and "Strongly Preferred" as Qualifications or Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But rules: we can have multiple sections if they have content. We'll include Requirements (what you bring) and Qualifications (strongly preferred). Skills maybe not needed separately. - Benefits: list of benefits: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits, 401(k), Generous PTO, Paid Holidays, Daily Catered Lunches. - Pay: "$135,000 - $150,000" - Schedule: Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. Remove those. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Director of Facilities". Not to be used as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    About the role

Unusual Machines is a U.S.-based drone and drone parts company focused on the small and FPV segments, with brands Rotor Riot, Fat Shark, Rotor Lab, and upcoming Upgrade Energy. The company is expanding into enterprise and defense, leveraging its performance‑focused, U.S.-based manufacturing to support search‑and‑rescue and military innovation. As Director of Facilities, you will lead facilities operations across multiple Orlando‑area locations, drive expansions, buildouts, vendor management, preventative maintenance, security, and partner with HR, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to scale the organization.

But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can't summarize away detail. However we can paraphrase but must keep all info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That means we cannot omit details, but we can rephrase? Summarizing away detail might be considered losing detail. Safer to keep the original sentences but maybe break into paragraphs. We can keep the original descriptive text about company and role as is, but we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. We can include the company description paragraph exactly as in posting (first paragraph). Then a paragraph about the role description: "You in This Role are an experienced facilities leader..." That is also substantive. We'll keep that. Thus About the role section could contain two paragraphs: first the company description, second the role description. Now Responsibilities: combine "You Will Regularly" bullet list and "What You’ll Do" bullet list. We'll output a single
with all items. We need to ensure we don't duplicate items. Let's list them: You Will Regularly: - Lead facilities operations across multiple Orlando-area locations - Coordinate expansions, buildouts, moves, and space planning - Manage landlord, broker, contractor, and vendor relationships - Improve facilities processes and preventative maintenance programs - Oversee physical security systems, access control, visitor management, and emergency preparedness coordination - Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance - Coach and develop the Facilities Manager and broader Facilities team - Prioritize and resolve reactive operational issues quickly and effectively - Help create scalable systems that support continued company growth What You’ll Do: - Lead all facilities-related operations across corporate, warehouse, manufacturing, and fulfillment locations - Oversee facilities expansion projects, renovations, buildouts, and occupancy planning - Manage lease coordination activities in partnership with the company’s Realtor of record - Lead vendor management efforts, including janitorial, maintenance, security, HVAC, electrical, utilities, and construction-related vendors - Develop scalable preventative maintenance and facilities management processes - Oversee physical security operations, including badge/access systems, visitor management, and facility security coordination - Partner with leadership on space planning, parking logistics, and future facilities growth needs - Manage facilities budgets, invoice approvals, and vendor negotiations - Support emergency preparedness planning and overall facility readiness - Partner with HR and Operations on company events, facility logistics, and employee experience initiatives - Coordinate move management and new site readiness activities - Ensure facilities remain safe, functional, organized, and operationally effective as the company scales - Develop and coach the Facilities Manager while helping build long-term team capabilities - Help create accountability, communication, and ownership across facilities operations We can combine, but note some overlap. We'll keep all items; duplicates okay but maybe we should avoid duplication? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not inventing, but it's repeating. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. Safer to keep both lists as separate
under same heading? Could have two
          under Responsibilities. But rule: Use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid multiple lists. We'll output two
under Responsibilities: one for "You Will Regularly" and another for "What You’ll Do". Each preceded maybe by a

describing? But we can just put the lists. Now Requirements: "What You Bring" bullet list. We'll output as

. Qualifications: "Strongly Preferred" bullet list. We'll output as
. Skills: Not separate; we could incorporate into Requirements/Qualifications. But we have a heading for Skills; we could omit if no specific skills list beyond those. The posting includes skills like "Strong understanding of: HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Warehouse/manufacturing infrastructure, Access control/security systems, Preventative maintenance programs, Fire/life safety systems". That's actually part of What You Bring list (under Strong understanding). So we can keep that inside Requirements. Thus we may not need a separate Skills heading. Benefits: list as given. Pay: "$135,000 - $150,000". We'll put in

under Pay heading. Schedule: none, omit. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: remove EEO, E-Verify, etc. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:

                  About the role
