About the role
The Director of Facilities oversees all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, security, and environmental health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Manage maintenance staff to ensure prompt and efficient service to all departments.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of facility management practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
