About the role
Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Director of Facilities to provide Agency-wide strategic and operational leadership for Catholic Charities’ facilities portfolio, ensuring that buildings (including residential, service programs, and administrative), property operations, leases, maintenance systems, inspections, capital planning, vendor partnerships, and facilities-related purchasing support safe, accessible, compliant, cost-effective, and mission-ready services across the organization. As the senior facilities leader for an agency with an annual operating budget, this role is accountable for capital budget planning, long-term facility sustainability, operational continuity, regulatory readiness, and responsible stewardship of resources in support of the agency’s programs, staff, clients, and residents.
