Director of Event Marketing

About the role

Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is searching for a Director of Event Marketing. In this role you are responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for leads booked, leads issued, revenue, cost of marketing, cost per lead issued, set rate, and hours per demo within budget and policy guidelines. The Director of Event Marketing will educate, stimulate, and guide teammate activity, behavior, and results while ensuring all teammates provide world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large team with exceptional leadership skills.
• Organize and prioritize responsibilities to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Adapt to a changing environment and accept or provide feedback effectively.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent team relations.
• Travel to applicable retail locations and multiple office locations as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable with a tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to retail and office locations.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 per year.
