Director of Environmental, Health & Safety
About the role
The Director of Environmental Health and Safety provides enterprise-wide leadership for Paragon Films’ environmental, health, and safety programs. Paragon Films has plants located in Oklahoma, North Carolina, Washington and Mexico. This position develops and executes EHS strategies, policies, and systems that promote a strong safety culture, reduce operational risk, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements across all company locations. The Director partners with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to oversee regulatory compliance and permitting, employee training, incident investigations, corrective actions, workers’ compensation matters, environmental reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director also advises senior management regarding EHS risks, emerging regulatory requirements, and recommended risk-mitigation measures.
