Responsibilities

• Define and steer overarching strategy aligned with business priorities and value targets
• Connect enterprise objectives across functions to guide scope and critical trade-offs
• Influence discussions across functions, balancing speed, risk, and long-term effects
• Establish forums for decision-making to clear bottlenecks and manage interdependencies

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformations or strategic operations in complex organizations
• Proven experience collaborating with Product, GTM, and Sales leaders
• Ability to influence C-suite and SVP level executives without relying on formal authority
• Skilled at conveying complex challenges into coherent executive narratives
• Strong strategic judgment and emotional intelligence within organizational dynamics
• Capability to foresee risks and facilitate alignment early in decision-making processes
