Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformations or strategic operations in complex organizations
- Proven experience collaborating with Product, GTM, and Sales leaders
- Ability to influence C-suite and SVP level executives without relying on formal authority
- Skilled at conveying complex challenges into coherent executive narratives
- Strong strategic judgment and emotional intelligence within organizational dynamics
- Capability to foresee risks and facilitate alignment early in decision-making processes
