Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-class platform engineering
- 7+ years of experience with platforms like HP NonStop, IBM mainframe, Unix/Linux, or large-scale distributed systems
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams with a focus on transformation and innovation
- Expertise in DevOps methodologies including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies like LoadRunner
