About the role
As the Director of Enterprise Systems, you will lead the development and implementation of enterprise systems that drive business outcomes. This includes overseeing system architecture, integration, and governance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the technology team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of successful implementation of complex IT projects.
- Expertise in leading the development and maintenance of enterprise architectures, including cloud-based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices, including data governance and security.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and industry-specific standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Pay
