How You Will Make An Impact

The Director of Enterprise Applications provides strategic leadership for the organization's enterprise technology architecture, cybersecurity program, and enterprise application environment, ensuring technology solutions are secure, reliable, and well-integrated.

This role partners with agency leaders to support the successful implementation, integration, and governance of enterprise technologies that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, including enterprise application administration, enterprise systems implementation, application lifecycle management, enterprise integrations, cybersecurity and team leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise business applications, cloud-based software platforms, cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, system integrations, vendor management, technology governance, and project delivery.
  • Experience supervising employees, leading cross-functional initiatives, and managing competing priorities in a complex organization.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft 365, business productivity applications, enterprise software administration, and technology management tools.
  • Demonstrates resilience, sound judgment, and adaptability while leading organizational change, resolving complex issues, and balancing strategic and operational priorities.
  • Thrives in a complex environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to improve end-user experiences throughout the technology service lifecycle.
