Director of Enrollment Reporting & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom reports using Enrollment Management's database and analytics tools
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Excel
• Integrate external data to enhance enrollment insights
• Ensure report accuracy through detailed review
• Perform data cleaning and transformation for accurate information delivery
• Analyze and present key findings to stakeholders with actionable insights
• Cook up report workflows and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in higher education enrollment management or analytics
• Proficient with reporting tools and platforms like Slate, Banner, Tableau, Excel, and SPSS
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and statistics is required
• Knowledge of enrollment management trends and KPIs

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 annually
