Director of Engineering

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of product design, development, or manufacturing
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and familiarity with manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining)
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Design techniques to meet cost targets as well as manufacturability
• Workflow processes and sequences in ERP systems
• General understanding of drawings, Mil-Specs, Industry standards, and customer requirements

Pay

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 (DOE) per year, plus incentive compensation.
