About the role
The Engineering Director will lead all engineering and technical activities within the business, providing oversight for a team of 10-15 engineers. This role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting product development and sustainment efforts.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in aerospace antenna solutions and RF technology
- Expertise in UHF, VHF, L-band, TACS, GPS, and Radar Altimeters antenna solutions
