Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About the role
Lead all engineering and technical activities within the business, providing oversight for a team of 10–15 engineers. Drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and support product development and sustainment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the engineering team
- Oversee the development and implementation of aerospace antenna solutions and RF technology
- Ensure technical excellence and innovation in product design and development
- Support both new product development and sustainment of existing products
Requirements
- Extensive experience in aerospace antenna solutions and RF technology
- Expertise in UHF, VHF, L-band, TACS, GPS, and Radar Altimeters antenna solutions
