The Role
This is the leader responsible for turning vision into tangible educational products at scale. From concept → creation → production → distribution — you own the full lifecycle. You are not just managing content. You are building a product ecosystem. This role operates at both a strategic and operational level, ensuring our products are:

- Product Strategy & Portfolio Development
- Publishing & Content Production
- Manufacturing & Vendor Strategy
- Inventory & Fulfillment Systems
- Distribution & Channel Development
- Ecosystem Integration
- Revenue & Funding Strategy
- Production Planning & Execution
- Performance & Continuous Improvement
Qualifications
- Required
- 5+ years in product development, publishing, manufacturing, or operations
- Experience managing products from concept → distribution
- Strong understanding of:
- Product strategy
- Supply chain / production
- Operational systems
- Preferred
- Education publishing or curriculum experience
- Vendor and manufacturing management experience
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience working in remote environments
Commitment
- 10-15 hours per week
- Executive-level engagement
- Fully remote
