About the role

C2 Education is a company dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals. We provide test prep, essay assistance, admissions guidance, and tutoring services for K-12 and AP levels. The Center Director in Training oversees daily operations, manages staff, and ensures student success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to create a smooth learning environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and revenue.
• Manage and develop staff, providing training, feedback, and evaluations.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized learning plans for students.
• Maintain communication with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Manage center finances, including budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with C2 Education's curriculum and policies.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
• Optimize student scheduling and handle inquiries.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Collaborate with other center directors and regional management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Center Director or similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment and revenue targets.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.
• Bilingual Mandarin preferred.
