Director of Education & Program Growth

About the role

C2 Education seeks an experienced Center Director to lead and manage educational centers, focusing on student success, center profitability, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.
• Manage and develop staff, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct student assessments and develop personalized learning plans.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians and handle inquiries and concerns.
• Manage center finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to C2 Education's curriculum standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations.
• Stay current on educational trends and best practices.
• Manage student scheduling and optimize classroom utilization.
• Collaborate with other center directors and regional management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Center Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
