About the Role
As the Director of Education, you will be the visionary leader steering the educational strategy towards excellence. You will shape the minds of future industry professionals, ensure program quality, and maintain compliance with all necessary standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team, collaborate with industry experts, and make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily educational operations, manage budgets, and build a high-performing Education team.
- Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and student support.
- Ensure UTI’s operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
- Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
- Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred).
- 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Proven project management and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong people and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

- Pay: $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
