Responsibilities

• Lead daily education operations, oversee budgets, and cultivate an exceptional Education team.
• Craft an outstanding student experience by nurturing, training, and motivating your team to deliver top-tier education and support services.
• Champion compliance and integrity, ensuring UTI’s operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
• Build and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Business Administration or Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management roles.

Skills

• Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong people and leadership abilities.
• Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

• Base Salary: $110k - $120K
