About the role

The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) champions connection, promotes inclusion, and drives initiatives that strengthen belonging across the organization. This position will design and implement initiatives responsible for incorporating inclusion, diversity, and belonging topics and best practices into relevant programs and organizational initiatives. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and external inclusion regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep applied knowledge of inclusion and belonging principles, inclusive culture strategies, and initiatives that drive engagement outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact initiatives with clarity, focus, and alignment to strategy. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, program and event design, execution, and evaluation, including the use of metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal customers. Strong data analysis, insight generation, and consulting skills to translate complex information into clear recommendations and action plans.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement initiatives that incorporate inclusion, diversity, and belonging topics and best practices into programs and organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external inclusion regulations.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives with clarity, focus, and alignment to strategy.
  • Develop strategic plans, program and event designs, execution, and evaluation using metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders through excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analyze data, generate insights, and provide clear recommendations and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least three years of DEI working experience.
  • Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
