Director of Dining Services - Corporate Dining (Warren, NJ)
About the role
The Director of Dining Services, reporting directly to the District Manager, is responsible for leading daily operational excellence for a corporate dining account in Warren, NJ. This hands-on, highly visible hospitality leader will oversee multiple service lines and serve as the primary owner of client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dining account
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, customers, guests, and internal departments
- Support financial processes, including reporting and budget oversight
- Lead HR functions such as hiring, training, progressive counseling, and terminations
- Manage team scheduling, payroll, staffing, and ongoing training initiatives
Requirements
- Experienced operator with a background in catering operations (catering sales experience is a strong plus)
- Retail dining experience
- Coffee bar operations experience
- Pantry services experience

Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 /Year
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule (with occasional evenings as needed)
