About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strategy for a portfolio of over 100 major gift prospects
- Engage with donors through strategic visits and communications while collaborating on new opportunities
- Foster relationships with local volunteers and board members to support fundraising initiatives
- Support high-capacity donor engagement with executive leadership and preparatory activities
- Collaborate with peers in regional fundraising to share strategies and ideas
- Represent the organization at events to promote a philanthropic culture and partnerships
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking metrics and improving fundraising practices
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of fundraising experience in complex organizations, ideally with regional knowledge of Seattle, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco
- Proven ability to close major gifts, particularly of $1M or more
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and pipeline management
- Skilled in developing lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Experience with data-driven decision-making in fundraising
Pay
$160,000 – $185,000 annually
