About the Role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage strategy for a portfolio of 100+ major gift prospects
- Engage and build relationships with donors through in-person visits and events
- Support board members and volunteers in their fundraising efforts
- Work with Executive Leadership to manage high-capacity donor relationships
- Collaborate with regional fundraisers to share strategies and best practices
- Represent the Development team at external events to promote philanthropy
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking metrics and improving fundraising practices
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of fundraising experience in complex organizations
- Proven success in securing donations of $1M+
- Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations
- Established relationships with major donors in Northern California
Pay
$160,000 – $185,000 annually
