About the Role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a strategy for a major gifts portfolio of 100 six and seven-figure donors
- Engage with donors and prospects through visits, communications, and events
- Build partnerships with alumni and volunteers to enhance fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with executive leadership on high-capacity donor management
- Foster teamwork with regional fundraisers and share best practices
- Represent the Development team at external events to promote philanthropy
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking and improving fundraising metrics
- Oversee creation of personalized fundraising materials and proposals
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in fundraising, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success in securing significant donations, especially $1M+
- In-depth knowledge of fundraising strategies and Planned Giving
- Strong relationship-building skills with donors and stakeholders

Pay
$160,000 – $185,000 annually
