About the role
Bountiful Cities is seeking a Director of Development and Engagement to lead fundraising, donor relations, and community engagement for our Asheville-based food security nonprofit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies
- Grow individual giving and corporate sponsorships
- Oversee donor stewardship and grant development
- Strengthen organizational visibility through communications, storytelling, and community partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, grant writing, communications, and relationship building
- Strong project management and organizational skills
