Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Concord, MA, Minute Man Arc for Human Services is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of more than 1,000 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). With over 65 years of service across the greater Concord region, we provide a comprehensive continuum of care - from Early Intervention and children's camps, to adult day services, employment supports, recreation, and a range of residential options including group homes, adult foster care, and shared living. Minute Man Arc is accredited by CARF International and licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS), the Department of Public Health (DPH), and the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).

About the Role

The Director of Development and Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for building and executing Minute Man Arc's (MMA) fundraising and marketing strategy in support of the organization's mission to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. This position leads all development operations, brand and communications strategy, program marketing support, and donor engagement, and supervises the marketing/development staff, using external resources as appropriate.
