Director of DEIB and Recruiting - NEW WAGE

Position Summary

Serving with Compassion, Creativity, and Consistency. $68,000-72,000 a year On-Site, in person position in Binghamton, NY

Responsibilities

• Chair DEI committee and oversee all activities associated with this committee
• Possess a deep understanding of DEI principles
• Design, develop, and implement strategic DEIB changes
• Manage all hiring platforms and work with hiring managers to assure all open positions are filled
• Oversee recruiting activities through tabling, social media, and other creative endeavors
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to assure all interested applicants are addressed
• Increase volunteer and intern opportunities

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
• Experience: 1 year experience in targeted recruitment and DEI initiatives required
• Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.
