Director of Decision Science

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML models for operational outcomes across various domains
• Build and manage the experimentation framework for the organization
• Conduct advanced analytics to support commercial and operational decision-making
• Drive the adoption of ML models within the business to ensure real-world impact
• Lead and develop a high-performing Decision Science team

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in machine learning and data science roles
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in handling the full lifecycle of ML models from conception to production
• Hands-on experience with experimentation design and A/B testing
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like BigQuery and tools like dbt

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
