Director, Decision Science Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with analytical leaders for strategic business direction
• Develop team expertise in decision science and analytics
• Oversee analytical tasks, from business evaluation to presentation
• Avoid adoption of emerging technologies for quantitative analysis applications
• Identify resource needs and justify business investments
• Set analytic direction aligned with business strategy and goals
• Build and manage a team through recruiting, coaching, and performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in quantitative analytics field or equivalent experience
• 8 years in decision support analytics, or 6 years with an advanced degree
• 3 years of management experience leading teams
• Expertise in mathematical and statistical techniques for business strategy
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools like SAS, BI tools
