Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and project management
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of developers
  • Proficiency in software development languages and tools (e.g., Java, Python, SQL)

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and industry trends

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule
