About the role

The Director of Culture and Engagement will become part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll and bonuses
• Manage benefits, employee relations, and culture, including discipline, investigations, performance, and terminations
• Develop and oversee recognition and appreciation programs
• Lead new hire orientation
• Drive retention initiatives
• Collaborate with facility managers to address operations concerns
• Engage with employees from diverse backgrounds and serve as a resource
• Design innovative employee programs

Requirements

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as Paylocity or similar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Background in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), Healthcare, or Hospitality industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
