Director of Crisis Services
Kitsap Mental Health Services · Bremerton, WA · Today
On-siteManagement$108k–$138k/yrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must include only sections with real content.
We have content: Salary range, sign-on bonus, benefits list, responsibilities, qualifications (minimum and preferred), performance requirements (knowledge, skills, abilities), worksite-specific (but no additional requirements), equipment, work environment, mental/physical requirements.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role? Could be a paragraph summarizing role. The posting includes description: "Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking a Director of Crisis Services to provide leadership..." That's about the role. Could be under "About the role" heading.
Responsibilities: list of primary responsibilities.
Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements section with sublists? But we need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Could have separate sections: Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, or combine into Requirements.
Skills: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Performance Requirements). Could be under Skills heading.
Benefits: list of benefits.
Pay: salary range and sign-on bonus.
Schedule: Not given (full-time, onsite). Could infer schedule? Not explicit. Should not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It says Full-Time, Onsite in Bremerton, WA Exempt (Salaried). That's schedule info: full-time, onsite. Could be considered schedule. But rule: only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does state Full-Time, Onsite. So we could include Schedule section with that info. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine schedule into About the role? But schedule is separate info. Could include Schedule heading with short p.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like specific benefits list.

- Worksite-Specific Requirements: check boxes but no additional requirements. Could be omitted as no real content? It says "check applicable worksite(s)" with three worksites and "REQUIREMENT: No additional requirements for this worksite". That's not substantive beyond stating no additional requirements. Might be considered boilerplate; we could drop it.
- Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
- Work Environment: Office, residential treatment facility.
- Mental/Physical Requirements: list.
We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (full-time, onsite), Work Environment, Equipment, Mental/Physical Requirements.
But rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine some: e.g., Requirements could include Minimum and Preferred Qualifications plus Skills. But they said use headings for sections like Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we likely need separate headings for each if content exists.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content.
