About the role

The Director of Crisis Services oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned CBI facility-based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. This role manages and mentors Program Managers and Operation Administrators to ensure clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with CBI Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facility-based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services.
  • Manage and mentor Program Managers and Operation Administrators.
  • Ensure clinical services and operations comply with CBI Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a field related to behavioral health; Master’s preferred.
  • 5 years of management experience or equivalent work experience in facility-based crisis or medical facility.
  • Proficiency in data management, including Excel and other reporting programs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain AZ fingerprint clearance or good cause exemption.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License.
  • Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensure preferred (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW) or RN license if hired at the RN level.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
