About the role

This is Hybrid role (4 days in office /1 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Define and steward IBKR’s global creative vision and standards across all channels
  • Ensure a cohesive, high-quality brand voice across performance, mid-, and upper-funnel marketing
  • Serve as the senior creative partner to marketing leadership
  • Integrated Creative Development: Lead integrated creative across video, digital, TV, print, social, and out-of-home
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign development from concept through execution
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative at scale
  • Social, Content & Influencers: Own the strategy and standards for IBKR’s global social and content ecosystem
  • Ensure social and creator efforts support both brand-building and performance goals
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Lead brand and creator partnerships that enhance credibility, reach, and relevance
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Partner with Media and Analytics teams to assess creative effectiveness
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and support a multi-disciplinary creative organization
  • Set clear expectations, workflows, and quality standards
  • Mentor creative, social, and partnerships leaders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience leading integrated creative across multiple channels
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and impact
  • Excellent leadership, judgment, and communication skills

Skills

  • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $300,000 per year, based on skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role (4 days in office / 1 day remote).
