GENERAL PURPOSE
The primary focus of this position is to support enrollment, retention and student engagement through the ideation, creation and deployment of video assets.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Collaborating with colleagues throughout the University, ideate, create and deploy (as appropriate), on-brand video content in support of enrollment, retention and student engagement.
Provide creative support, direction and activation for Molloy University YouTube channel.
Support measurable increase in student engagement through promotional activity on platforms including social media, internal and external websites.
Ensure development and creation of University’s 1 st official podcast in conjunction with Executive Director of Marketing and Communications.
Supervise Creative services Coordinator.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, communications, multimedia production, new media or similar)
- 3 to 5 years of work related experience, including supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, In-Design, After-Effects and Premiere
- Working knowledge of black magic cameras, lighting, and composition principles for video and photo
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Website CMS experience (Ingeniux/Cascade)
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Web Development

SALARY INFORMATION
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
