We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - About Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) description: could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have "About Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS)" which is about organization. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings if content exists. We have content for About the role? The posting includes "About Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS):" which is about organization, not role. But we could treat that as "About the role"? Might be okay. However we also have "Position Summary". Could be considered "About the role". We'll include an

About the role

with the position summary and about WCS combined? Must preserve all substantive info; we can't omit. So we need to include the about WCS paragraph and position summary. Responsibilities: we have "Principal Responsibilities:" with bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). We'll convert to
  • . Requirements: there is "Qualification Requirements" with bullet-like paragraphs. We'll treat as Requirements. Qualifications: there is also "Qualification Requirements" but maybe we separate Qualifications and Skills? The posting includes "Qualification Requirements" and then list of items. Could treat as Qualifications. Also there is "Experience working with wildlife..." etc. Might be Qualifications. Skills: we have "Strong leadership, business, and management skills..." etc. Could be Skills. Benefits: not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not include Benefits section. Pay: we have Pay Range: $170,000 - $190,000 per year. Also repeated later. So include Pay section. Schedule: we have Employment Type: Non-Union, Exempt, Full-Time. Also mention hybrid, occasional evenings/weekends, travel. So we can include Schedule section with that info. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

... combine About WCS and Position Summary.

    • Own and execute an ambitious corporate revenue growth strategy with clear annual and multi-year targets for new business, renewals, upgrades, and multi-year partnerships.
    • Lead development of corporate engagement strategies aligned with organizational priorities and generate new revenue for key initiatives, including new exhibits and experiences at the Bronx Zoo and global conservation programs.
    • Lead and mentor a talented and growing team of corporate engagement professionals with a track record of surpassing revenue targets.
    • Strategically develop and manage a portfolio of corporate relationships with high-capacity and high-potential supporters.
    • Personally cultivate, solicit, and close significant corporate partnerships, prioritizing seven-figure-plus commitments.

    • Serve as the institutional strategy lead for corporate engagement, partnering with internal teams including Business Services, Conservation Markets, Public Affairs, and others.
    • Build collaborative relationships across the organization and serve as a primary point of contact for Finance, Legal, the Executive Office, and Operations teams regarding corporate partnerships.
    • Ensure revenue and expenditures remain aligned with budget goals and that processes and database management protocols are followed.
    • Drive prospect identification and pipeline development efforts to expand the base of corporate partners in the United States and internationally.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the nonprofit or corporate sector, with demonstrated success managing corporate partnerships and generating revenue through corporate engagement.
    • Demonstrated experience building and scaling a revenue-generating program, managing a significant portfolio, and personally closing complex partnerships.
    • Ability to navigate complex organizations and develop partnerships that combine philanthropy, sponsorship, marketing, employee engagement, and other corporate interests.
    • Strong leadership, business, and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, donors, and partners.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Willingness and ability to travel and to work evenings and weekends when needed.
    • Demonstrated interest in WCS's mission and the ability to translate complex priorities into compelling partnership opportunities.
    • Experience working with wildlife and/or conservation-focused nonprofits is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
We could also have Qualifications separate but maybe combine with Requirements. The instruction says we can have Qualifications section. But we already have Requirements covering qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could treat the list as Qualifications and not have Requirements. However we have both "Qualification Requirements" heading; we could map that to Qualifications. Then we might not need Requirements. But we have also "Physical Requirements" and "Workplace Conditions". Those could go under Schedule? Actually Physical Requirements and Workplace Conditions could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings. Since we only allowed headings list, we could incorporate physical requirements into Schedule or maybe omit if not specific? But we should preserve all substantive info. Physical Requirements: office-based, regular computer/telephone use, frequent sitting/standing, occasional walking, stair climbing, driving, light lifting up to 20 lbs, periodic travel. Workplace Conditions: hybrid NYC-based, regular collaboration, occasional evening/weekend attendance, periodic travel, most work indoors professional office. This fits Schedule (employment type, hybrid, travel, evenings/weekends). So we can put that in Schedule section. Thus we may not need a separate Requirements section; we can treat the bullet list as Qualifications. Let's decide: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract Skills from the bullet list: Strong leadership, business, management skills; ability to inspire; strong comfort representing; strong written/verbal communication; willingness to travel; demonstrated interest; etc. Actually many of those are skills. But we already have them in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could split: Qualifications: education, experience, years, etc. Skills: leadership, communication, interpersonal, etc. Let's parse. From bullet list: - Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the nonprofit or corporate sector, with demonstrated success managing corporate partnerships and generating revenue through corporate engagement. (Experience/Qualification) - Demonstrated experience building and scaling a revenue-generating program, managing a significant portfolio, and personally closing complex partnerships. (Experience) - Ability to navigate complex organizations and develop partnerships that combine philanthropy, sponsorship, marketing, employee engagement, and other corporate interests. (Skill) - Strong leadership, business, and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, donors, and partners. (Skill) - Demonstrated experience leading complex or multiple time-sensitive projects while meeting financial goals and deadlines. (Experience) - Strong comfort representing WCS externally, with excellent interpersonal skills, judgment, and collaborative abilities. (Skill) - Strong written and verbal communication skills. (Skill) - Willingness and ability to travel and to work evenings and weekends when needed. (Skill/Attribute) - Demonstrated interest in WCS's mission and the ability to translate complex priorities into compelling partnership opportunities. (Skill/Attribute) - Experience working with wildlife and/or conservation-focused nonprofits is a plus. (Experience) - Bachelor's degree required. (Qualification) Thus we can separate. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years leadership role, demonstrated experience building/scaling program, managing portfolio, closing complex partnerships, experience leading complex projects, experience working with wildlife/conservation nonprofits (plus), Bachelor's degree required. Skills: Ability to navigate complex organizations and develop partnerships combining philanthropy etc., Strong leadership/business/management skills, Strong comfort representing WCS externally with excellent interpersonal skills/judgment/collaborative abilities, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Willingness and ability to travel and work evenings/weekends when needed, Demonstrated interest in WCS's mission and ability to translate complex priorities into compelling partnership opportunities. We'll also include Physical Requirements and Workplace Conditions in Schedule. Now craft HTML.
