Director of Content & Brand Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Content & Brand Marketing who can own the entire content strategy for MegPrime and lead the creation of compelling content across social media, video, email, web, PR, influencers, and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own MegPrime's content strategy
• Build and manage a comprehensive content calendar
• Create campaign concepts and content themes
• Write and edit social media content, scripts, blogs, emails, and landing page copy
• Lead video, creative, and design teams
• Direct influencer and creator campaigns
• Establish content KPIs and performance reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading content, brand, editorial, or growth marketing initiatives
• Proven experience building content strategies that generated measurable growth
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Experience managing writers, designers, videographers, agencies, or creators
• Strong understanding of short-form video content
